Do you charge any fees?

I don’t charge a booking fee. I’m paid a small commission by my trusted travel partners after you travel, and this comes at no additional cost to you. 

Why should I book with a travel agent instead of online?

You get personalised advice, trusted suppliers, full support before/during/after travel, and someone who advocates for you if anything goes wrong. Plus, I save you hours of research and ensure you’re fully protected. 

Are my holidays financially protected?

Yes. All package holidays are ABTA and ATOL‑protected through the tour operators I work with, giving you peace of mind. I only book with reputable, financially secure suppliers. 

How do I make a booking?

Simply complete my enquiry form or contact me directly. I’ll send tailored options, answer any questions, and once you’re happy, I’ll handle the booking and all the details. 

Can you help me find the best deal?

Absolutely. I compare trusted suppliers, check availability, and look for the best value based on your dates, preferences, and budget — without compromising on quality. 

Do you offer payment plans?

Many of my suppliers offer low deposits and flexible payment plans. I’ll let you know what options are available for your chosen holiday. Full payment is usually required if you are travelling within 14 weeks.

What types of holidays do you book?

Everything from family holidays, cruises, city breaks, and all‑inclusive resorts to long‑haul adventures, honeymoons, golf breaks and tailor‑made itineraries. 

Can you book extras like transfers, excursions, or insurance?

Yes — I can arrange transfers, car hire, attraction tickets, excursions, and a range of additional holiday extras. For travel insurance, I can refer you to Journeys Insurance, a trusted partner who can provide a competitive quote tailored to your trip.

What happens if something goes wrong while I’m away?

I’m here to support you. Contact me and I’ll liaise with the supplier to resolve the issue quickly. You’re never left to deal with problems alone.

How far in advance should I book?

For the best availability and pricing, book as early as possible — especially for school holidays, cruises, and long‑haul trips. Last‑minute deals do exist, but they’re not guaranteed. 

Can you help with accessibility or special requirements?

If you or someone you’re travelling with has accessibility needs or special requirements, I’m here to help. I’ll make sure everything is arranged in advance so you can travel confidently and comfortably.
